DULWICH COLLEGE
An elegant, academic wedding venue that’s got all the traditional charm while remaining modern… It’s perfect for chic London weddings. Set in London’s leafy southeast over 70 acres of land, Dulwich College is iconic for its recognisable historic architecture. With all the perfectly-kept grounds, it’s ideal for luxe marquee weddings and al fresco drinks receptions.
One of the available spaces within the venue - the Barry Buildings - provides a stunning and unique setting with its spectacular gates and front lawns, which is the optimal backdrop for wedding photographs. With space for weddings from 50 to 400 guests and a wide choice of rooms, Dulwich College is adaptable and flexible.
Just 15 minutes from central London, Dulwich College is easily accessible, all whilst feeling a million miles away from the city’s hustle. For couples seeking a venue with a rich history, versatility for their unique vision, and all the Secret Garden vibes, this historic gem deserves a place at the top of your viewing list.

Trinity Buoy Wharf
This former working wharf with London's only lighthouse offers couples a totally unique setting for a London wedding. Splitting the urban edge with a luxurious romantic vibe, Trinity Buoy Wharf is a Grade II listed building with brick walls, original wooden beams, and large, curved windows, flooding the space with natural light.
The building dates back to 1864, but feels modern and luxe with its versatile, open-plan layout accommodating up to 300 guests. The attached riverside terrace has views across the water to London’s skyline… An iconic and romantic backdrop for sunset drinks or evening photographs.
For couples looking to create a wedding that reflects London's edge, while delivering a luxurious guest experience, this riverside gem is the perfect balance.

Spring Restaurant at Somerset House
This one is for the foodie couples among us… Nestled within Somerset House, Spring Restaurant combines outstanding cuisine with beautiful design to create a seriously unique, food-focused London wedding venue. Chef Skye Gyngell's Spring Restaurant offers a spotlight on the food, rather than being an afterthought to the day.
The restaurant itself is a bright, airy 19th-century drawing room with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Even without any added décor, the room already feels idyllic, chic, and romantic, complimenting any wedding style.
The Garden works perfectly for intimate gatherings, with up to 36 guests, while The Main Dining Room (their private dining space) allows for larger weddings for up to 116 guests.
For couples looking for a central London venue, where great food matters, Spring Restaurant offers top quality, while focusing on the romantic luxury that you’d want in a London wedding venue.

Savile Club
This is one of London’s best kept wedding venue secrets, and one of our personal favourites. Behind an unassuming façade in Mayfair sits The Savile Club, a private members' club dating back to 1868.
The London wedding venue is in a Georgian townhouse with stunning period features throughout. You’re greeted by a classic black and white marble floor in the entryway, leading to a grand staircase that winds through the center of the building, the epitome of elegance and luxury - and the perfect backdrop for photos!
The Ballroom functions as the club's main reception space, accommodating up to 140 guests for dinner and dancing. With its original features and high ceilings, it works well for both larger celebrations and more intimate gatherings. For ceremonies, the Drawing Room offers a bright setting with tall windows overlooking Brook Street.
Just minutes from Bond Street, The Savile Club is firmly in a central London location, while still giving a discreet and luxuriously private feel (it is a private members’ club, after all!). For couples looking for a venue with real character, and the feeling of Downton Abbey without all the drama, The Savile Club is the perfect London wedding venue.

Old Marylebone Town Hall
The Old Marylebone Town Hall has become one of London's go-to wedding ceremony spots, known for both its impressive architecture and famous couples who've tied the knot here. Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and Lily Allen have all gotten married on these steps, giving the venue serious bragging rights.
The iconic Town Hall wedding venue has 7 (yes, 7!) ceremony rooms to choose from. With each room holding its own style and charm, you can be confident that this classic London wedding venue has an option that’ll suit your wedding style, capacity, and vision. Room capacities vary from 20 people in the intimate Paddington Room, to 100 guests in the decorative Westminster Room.
For couples wanting a recognizable London venue with history and style, Marylebone Town Hall delivers without unnecessary fuss. The pricing is straightforward, and you get an iconic London backdrop that impresses without trying too hard (plus, it’s pretty cool to say you got married in the same place that Liam Gallagher tied the knot).

HAC BOW
The Heritage & Arts Centre (HAC) offers five acres of pristine gardens and impressive historic buildings in a location where you'd least expect to find them…
Tucked away behind high walls, near Old Street station, the HAC is two gorgeous venues in one.
Armoury House is a Georgian, wood-panelled room finished off with period features, where you can have up to 150 guests for your ceremony. The Prince Consort Rooms can host receptions of up to 250 seated guests, or 400 standing, all held in a converted finisher’s workshop, with exposed brick walls and a modern glass entrance that opens directly onto the garden. Both are stunning backdrops for wedding photos.
Arguably the most loved thing about this venue is the Artillery Garden. The garden is a massive private lawn (something unusual for central London), which can be used in so many different ways for your wedding day.
If you’re looking for a big, outdoor space, but still want to keep it within central London, the HAC is ideal for your wedding day.
St John (Smithfield)
Lowkey, but definitely not boring, St John restaurant is a really unique option for your wedding day. It’s made up of The Private Dining room, which was once a loading bay! It’s the perfect venue for intimate dining occasions of up to 16 people - ideal if you’re planning a small wedding breakfast.
If you want the St John vibe, but are planning a slightly bigger wedding day, the entire restaurant and bar can be hired for a sit down meal for up to 110 guests seated. Up to 150 standing guests can be accommodated also. The industrial-style bar area can become a dance floor, and with its white-washed brick walls, you can make the venue whatever you want it to be.

The Fitzrovia Chapel
The Fitzrovia Chapel is a stunning wedding ceremony venue, just outside of Soho London. The Grade II-listed chapel mixes beauty, history, and a dose of Gothic charm.
The chapel holds legal ceremonies, and can seat 78 guests. Although the venue allows decorations throughout, it’s so stunning and unique, it’s likely you won’t need them. Your hire includes chairs, glassware, LED candles, a working organ, and the exclusive use of the chapel.
If you're looking for something truly different for your wedding ceremony, Fitzrovia Chapel is a stunning option. It's particularly great for couples who appreciate design and architecture, or anyone looking for spectacular photos without needing elaborate styling or décor.

The Ned
The Ned brings serious wow factor to weddings for couples looking for a central London venue. This member’s club & hotel venue is luxurious and classy, but has so much personality as a 1920s former banking hall. The Ned is located at Bank junction, so it's easy for guests to reach.
The intimate Drawing Room holds 60 guests, while the the showstopping Tapestry Room holds up to 210 guests for dinner and dancing. What we love about The Ned as a London wedding venue option is that you have everything in one place: stylish hotel rooms for you and your guests, spa access, gorgeous spaces for your ceremony and reception, and all the luxe photo opportunities.
